End User Agreement

This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Master Health LLC dba NUMERO HEALTH. Please read it before creating an account. By checking the acceptance box at sign-up, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service.

By accepting, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are 18 or older and are using a GLP-1 medication prescribed to you by a licensed healthcare provider.
• Numero Health provides general educational and wellness information only. It is not medical advice, not a medical device, and not diagnostic. It has not been evaluated by the FDA.
• You will consult your healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, dose, supplement, or nutrition plan, and you will not rely on the App to make medical decisions.
• Numero Health does not prescribe, recommend, or change any medication or dose. It mirrors the titration schedule your prescriber set, does not tailor guidance to any dose, and directs all medical decisions to your provider. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or manage any condition.
• Personalized insights are associations drawn from your own logs, framed as education — not predictions, diagnoses, or medical conclusions.
• If you use the optional AI photo nutrition scan, your meal photo is sent to a third-party AI service for a one-time, editable estimate; the estimate is an approximation you should review, and the photo is not retained by Numero Health (see the Privacy Policy).
• If you add optional progress photos to My Journey, they are stored securely, visible only to you, never included in Provider Summaries or used to train AI models, and deletable at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
• You consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, and you understand you can delete your account and all data at any time in Settings.
• We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards described in the Privacy Policy (including encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls), and you will keep your login credentials secure and not share your account.
• Numero Health may be offered as beta software that can change or contain errors, and is provided “as is” as described in the Terms of Service.
• In an emergency, you will call your local emergency number — the App is not for emergencies.

Your acceptance (date and Agreement version 1.0) is recorded with your account as proof of consent. Master Health LLC dba NUMERO HEALTH.
