These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Numero Health (“the App”), operated by Master Health LLC dba NUMERO HEALTH (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and End User Agreement. You must be 18 or older and using a GLP-1 medication prescribed to you, and by agreeing you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Numero Health turns information you enter — medication, logs, and preferences — into educational supplement and nutrition guidance, trends, and a Provider Summary you can share. It mirrors the titration schedule your prescriber set; it never tells you to start, stop, or change a drug or dose, and it always directs medical decisions to your provider.
The optional AI photo nutrition scan produces a rough, editable estimate of a meal’s macronutrients from a photo you take. Estimates are approximations generated by a third-party AI service and may be inaccurate — always review and adjust them before relying on them. They are a data-entry convenience, not nutritional or medical advice. By using the feature you consent to your photo being sent to our AI sub-processor for a one-time estimate as described in the Privacy Policy.
Provider Summaries are read-only summaries of your own logged data that you choose to generate and share. You are responsible for who you share them with.
The App may show curated product suggestions (for example, supplements or convenience foods) with links to third-party retailers such as Amazon. These links are optional conveniences and educational pointers — they are not medical advice, not endorsements, and never a requirement for using Numero Health. We do not sell, fulfill, warrant, or guarantee any third-party product. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and any purchase is solely between you and the retailer. Some links may be or become affiliate links, as described in the affiliate disclosure shown alongside them; if so, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Product suggestions never change based on commissions. Always check with your provider or pharmacist before starting any supplement.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation and any applicable proration are handled in the Subscription section of the App. During beta, billing may be waived as indicated in-app; if and when billing begins, the price and terms shown at checkout apply. Where you purchase through an app store, that store’s billing and refund rules also apply.
Don’t misuse the App: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no uploading content you don’t have the right to share, and no use of the App to provide medical services to others.
The App, its content, and its design are owned by Master Health LLC and protected by law. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the App and provide its features to you.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master Health LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the App’s educational content. Always rely on your licensed healthcare providers for medical decisions.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Numero Health is operated by Master Health LLC under a registered Fictitious Business Name (DBA) filed with the county clerk.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be made available in the App; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
